Automation of case forming, checkweighing and labelling of processed meats

Meat company supplier of multinational leader in “fastfood” restaurants. With the aim of increasing production, we implemented a third automatic line of forming, weighing, labeling and carton closing. In the baling process, semi-automatic machinery was chosen. The working temperature oscillated between 6ºC and 8ºC. Part of the installation made in stainless steel to ensure hygiene and facilitate cleaning.
